The First Step The Best Step

The home-purchasing process can initially seem daunting. What can I buy? Will I be able to afford the monthly payments? Is there something better? These are valid and frequent questions that most, if not all, potential homebuyers ask themselves. The answer resides in the process of pre-approval.

The pre-approval process is a relatively easy process in which (in our case) our mortgage broker sits down with you and your family to analyze your financial situation and background. Our mortgage broker then works on receiving proof of such information to validate the financial scenario by contacting the persons who can attest to your financial situation. With this completed, we can discuss price range and loan qualifications so that you can be ready to take the next step: Finding your dream home!

The pre-approval letter is a credible document that holds great weight and leverage when it comes to presenting offers to sellers (Sellers will love you because of this. And who doesn't like winning the seller's favor?).

So are you ready to take the first step?
